Responsibilities
• Identify and grow business opportunities within territory
• Lead the sales team to ensure business growth
• Provide support to the sales team On clients management and negotiations, as well as develop clients and negotiate contracts On his own
• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
• Take ownership On all sales-related matters for PV Products and communicate effectively to General Manager and HQ
• Communicate a regular rundown of competitors’ and general market activities to the General Manager
• manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Requirements
• Recent and relevant PV sales experience, exposure to Sub-Saharan markets preferred
• University Degree in Business or Engineering
• Confidence and foresight in soliciting for new businesses and maintaining existing accounts.
• Ability to negotiate sales deals that contribute to the company top and bottom lines
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, both external and internal
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Excellent relationship building, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• A leader and motivator for the sales team
