Job Responsibilities 主要职责 :-
Involve with engineering team to achieve department KPI goal. 参与工程团队一起完成部门KPI目标。
Participate in the NPI (New Product Introduction), new component and new processes qualification. Trial run, troubleshooting and conclusions of new trial products. 参与新产品、新物料及新工艺验证及导入。
Assist & support the team to continuously carry out manufacturing process improvement in term of automation transformation, jig and fixture design, process parameter optimization and work efficiency improvement. 1.) 协助和支持团队在自动化改进、生产夹、治具设计、工艺参数优化、产能效率提升等方面持续进行改进。
Assist & support engineering team to meet company mission and goal. 协助和支持工程团队实现公司使命和目标。
Support R&D to evaluation, tracking and analysis ECN. 试产/量产 ECN 跟踪与评估，协助研发改善和验证设计。
